Bonjour à tous,
 
J'ai un petit souci.
Au boulot, on a une vieille routine (1999) développée en C++ qui traite un fichier bin (env. 50 Mb) et crée un ficher txt (env. 300Mb)
 
Sur des machines installées il y a 3-4 ans avec Suse 10.0 x86_64, le programme tourne bien et créée un fichier correct.
La routine effectue des calculs et met des valeurs numériques en X-Y-Z afin des représenter des variables dans l'espace.
 
Sur des machines récentes installée avec RHEL 5, le programme tourne sans se plaindre et créée le fichier mais dans celui-ci il y a des NAN à certains endroits.
On peut donc penser qu'une ou plusieurs variables ne sont plus reconnues lors de l'exécution du programme et que du coup il y a des divisions par 0 à différents endroits.
 
C'est normal d'avoir le bug avec un code déjà compilé?

Si il est deja compile ca sert a rien de regarder les infos du compilateur de la machine Redhat :p
File plutot un nm du binaire
edit: et y a des chances que ce soit un bug qui ait ete corrige dans une version plus recente de libc et que du coup y avait des valeurs en fp qui passaient dans l'ancienne verson

Chacun ses spécialités.
 
Personnellement, j'ai appris à rayonner des roues de vélo ces derniers temps
C'est pour ma reconversion le jour où je serai trop vieux et trop cher par rapport à des jeunots sur le marché du travail.

Euh, c'est à dire que je ne parle pas la même langue que toi :(
 
C'est quoi le nm du binaire et des valeurs en fp?
 
Le but serait de corriger et recompiler les sources afin qu'on puisse voir venir l'avenir avec sérénité.

On a essayé de recompiler et ça parle bien de variables string pas qqch...

Bah les erreurs de compilation c'est parce que le code est pourri a la base, gcc il est moins gentil qu'avant :D
Pour ca faut corriger le code

J'aurais bien ajouté "payé dans 60 jours fin de mois" mais je ne suis pas sûr que ça l'incite à accepter 2 bières à la place :D

Salut, non non, j'étais occupé à d'autres trucs.
Mais bon, je dois savoir à quel point ils sont prêts à investir pour faire marcher leur brol.
 
C'est pas moi qui paye, ni qui décide.
Je pense qu'ils vont d'abord essayer tout seul et puis on verra.

Ca permet de voir les liens avec les .so quand le linker charge le programme en memoire, ctait pour voir si ca avait ete linke statiquement ou pas :o
Et ca l'a pas ete, donc tu dois pas avoir la meme version de libc/libm, dans ton nm t'as l'air d'avoir des bouts de 2.x, normalement si tu trouves le fichier de libc (genre /usr/share/lib/libc.6.so ou un truc du genre) et que tu l'executes il doit te filer sa version, si ca marche pas tu peux toujours compiler et lancer ca :

Wai bah ca doit juste etre des corrections de glibc qui t'filent des NaN
edit: du coup recompiler le code corrigera pas le probleme :D ('fin si, mais faut corriger le(s) bug(s) en + de reussir a le compiler)
