euh, à tout hasard, la dernière version DirectX est installée ?
EDIT : en fait j'ai trouvé ça sur le site InterVideo, dans les FAQ de WinDVD

Citation :
What is the Macrovision warning?
The warning you see when starting WinDVD for the first time also informs you of the Macrovision restriction. Macrovision is an anti-taping mechanism that modifies a signal so that the signal appears unchanged on most televisions but is distorted when played back from videotapes. Our software will not allow playback of DVDs with graphic boards that contain a TV out component unless they use Macrovision to prevent the creation of an illegal copy of the DVD title.
If you do not have a TV out connector on your graphic board, then Macrovision does not apply to you. If you do have a TV out connector and your DVD does not play a title, then you will need to turn off the TV out feature in your graphic card's software.
